 Danielle Kolmer
Project Manager, CWI (Centre for Work and Income)
Danielle works at CWI as Multichanneling project manager. She started working there in 2003 as a channelmanager in the content management organization (CMO). This CMO maintains and develops the inter- and intranet sites of CWI. Danielle was responsible for the development of the content strategy for CWI. The CMO of CWI is now working on implementing this strategy, which includes collaboration with partners in the chain of work and income of the Dutch government.
She is currently working with a team of professionals to ensure the organization can offer consistent services to clients through Internet, the telephone and in various physical locations (personal service).
CWI (Centre for Work and Income)
CWI (Centre for Work and Income) is the Dutch public employment service. It plays an important role on the Dutch labour market. They assist people with finding a job, give advice and information and other help. Through an extensive network of partner sites and (temporary) employment agencies, most vacancies registered with these partners are also registered in CWI's online job database, www.werk.nl.
